Best Western Brockport Inn & Suites

The location was good, near the main part of town & college, but was quieter a couple of blocks away. I did drive past the entry sign a couple of times, lol, because the hotel is set back a bit. Clean, big single room, comfortable to get work done.

The bed was delightfully comfortable and the temp control in the room was very good. The bathroom lights were a little too bright without a means of dimming them down. Otherwise it was a very fine stay.

Very nice staff clean rooms pet friendly The free breakfast was delicious and everyday was something different. This is not your continental breakfast this was with real eggs waffles fresh fruit breakfast meats so good!

The Best Western Brockport is a new facility. It was clean and well-appointed with an exceptionally helpful staff. Our dog was welcomed. We appreciated the laundry facilities. This hotel is an excellent value.

I liked the bathroom and shower and tub. Everything in the room was great. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. His name was Bill and he let me know that I was upstairs in the penthouse and gave me directions to the elevator. It's a beautiful hotel!
